The challenge
Powder coating of an aluminum board, with plugging of threads and heat-resistant coverings. The workpiece to be painted was large and heavy.
The solution
We have a large powder coating spray cabin, which enables material handling on a conveyor belt with a large weight (with a load capacity of up to 3 tons). Our powder kiln also enables powder painting of workpieces with a maximum size of 8.5 x 2.2 x 1.4 meters.

Large workpiece
Due to the special dimensions of the workpiece, it was necessary to design and manufacture an individual support structure/hanger suitable for this weight before starting the painting.
International order
After painting, the packaging of the product (deliverable state) required great attention due to its weight and size, as the finished product was shipped abroad by the customer after packaging.
