In our powder coating plant, we produce coatings on demand for all surfaces on an industrial scale.
We add value by extending the life of structures, reducing life cycle costs and energy consumption.
Large powder coating spray cabin, large conveyor material handling with 3 t load capacity, large 8.5 x 2.2 x 1.4 m powder kiln.
The site is also suitable for receiving oversized pieces that can be transported by road along the main road!

About powder coating
Powder coating (or, in common parlance, powder spraying, sintering) is a process in which a powder-based paint with a different composition from the solvent, which is used as a binder, is applied to a surface using an electrostatic spray gun.
Plastic powder paint adhering to the surface, cross-linking in a kiln at 170 to 210 degrees Celsius.
The surface thus obtained, depending on the coating material, is extremely durable, flexible and heat-resistant.
The technology does not require the use of solvents, thanks to the closed system there is no emission of harmful substances, there is no drying time.
After firing, the surface can be used and packaged immediately after cooling.
As with most coating techniques, surface preparation is crucial for powder coating.
