The high straight pull-up allows you to perform one of the basic exercises in bodyweight training, which is the pull-up. It is one of the easiest exercises to perform of all functional training exercises. It strengthens almost the entire upper body (arms, shoulders, abs and back). It has the advantage of requiring little space.
